IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PHOTO AGREEMENT

This Confidentiality and Photo Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between:

Photographer: [Claudiu Iozon] ("Photographer"), with an address at [9 Gloucester Street, Cardiff], and

Model/Escort/Client Name collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. PURPOSE The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure the confidentiality, privacy, and secure usage of all photographic content created during the photo session.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Photographer agrees to keep all photos, videos, and any information regarding the Model strictly confidential and will not share, sell, or distribute any content without the Model’s prior written consent.
The Model’s personal information, identity, and involvement in the shoot will remain private.

3. USAGE RIGHTS

The Model retains full control over the usage and distribution of all photos taken.
The Photographer may only use the images for promotional purposes (portfolio, website, social media) with the Model’s explicit, written permission.
Any unauthorized use, sharing, or distribution of the content by the Photographer is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences.

4. PHOTO DELIVERY & STORAGE

The Photographer will deliver the final edited photos privately via a secure online transfer within [3] days.
The photos will be securely stored for [60] days before being permanently deleted unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

The Model agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee of £[Total Price] for the photo session and the [Booking fee] upon reservation.
Payment is due [upon completion of the session].

6. RELEASE & CONSENT

If the Model agrees to allow the use of certain images for promotional purposes, a separate signed release form will be required.
If the Model chooses to revoke permission for any usage, they may do so in writing, and the Photographer must comply within [2] days.

7. LIABILITY & SAFETY

The Photographer agrees to conduct the shoot in a professional and safe environment.
Both Parties acknowledge that any misconduct, harassment, or breach of contract may result in legal action.

8. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [UK]. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or legal proceedings in [Jurisdiction].

9. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE By signing below, both Parties acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
